Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• With all tags, hygiene ribbons, and seals intact
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

If tags, hygiene ribbons, or protective seals have been removed, the item will be rejected and returned to you.

Delicate Items & Care Instructions
Some MELLO items are delicate and require specific care.
Wash and care instructions are clearly stated on the garment tags and must be followed at all times.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been:
• Worn beyond an initial try-on
• Washed or treated incorrectly
• Damaged due to failure to follow care instructions
• Altered, stained, scented, or mishandled
Any item showing signs of washing, wear, or damage outside of our care guidelines will be refused and returned.

Intimates & Period Knickers
Due to hygiene reasons, all knickers, thongs, briefs, and period underwear are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us before wearing or washing the item, and within a reasonable timeframe of delivery, so we can assess the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• All underwear and period knickers
• Items with removed tags, hygiene ribbons, or seals
• Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalised or custom-made items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
1. Return the eligible item within the 14-day period
2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
To qualify:
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene ribbons intact
• Returned in original packaging
• Underwear and period knickers are excluded once the seal is broken, in line with hygiene regulations

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
• Banks and card providers may take additional time to complete the transaction
